Please take note of our refund policy
We cannot allow any refunds of special pre-sale tickets purchased at the 2019 Scientific Session after October 24, 2019. If you find that you are unable to go, you may sell your ticket to a friend or colleague. If you purchased your ticket after October 24, 2019, you may request a full refund of your ticket on or before January 31, 2020. If you cancel your ticket between February 1, 2020 and May 1, 2020, you may receive a 50% refund. Due to the hotel requirements for estimated attendance 3 months prior to the event, it makes it impossible for any refunds of any kind to be issued after May 1, 2020.

CME Credit is now available! To be eligible for CME credit, you must choose CME option at registration and include your full name, title, and mailing address as you want it to appear on your certificate. Certificates will be mailed out after the annual session. It is the responsibility of the student, to check with the licensing agency of your state, country or province on CEU/CME requirements.
