Frequently Asked Questions About AAOSH Membership

Account Access Questions
On the login page, there is an option to have a new password sent to you. Make sure you use the email address that’s associated with your AAOSH account. If you don’t receive a password within 10 minutes, check your spam folder. Once you’ve logged in with your new password, you can update it to something you’ll remember by visiting the Account page in the Member Dashboard.
Usually this happens when you try to use your AAOSH login. When you purchased the video streaming/download access, you received an email with the password for that set of videos. That is the password you’ll need to enter.
General Membership Questions
Your AAOSH membership lasts one year from your sign-up date. Our memberships are set to auto-renew, but we'll send you reminder emails in the weeks leading up to your renewal, so you have plenty of time to update your payment information or cancel your membership if you desire.
AAOSH membership fees are as follows:
- $249/year for Professional Members
- $99/year for Associate Members
- $149/year for Corporate/Business Members
- $25/year for Students
Membership renews automatically unless you contact us to cancel.
When you sign up as a new member of AAOSH or renew your membership, you'll receive a membership certificate by mail within a few weeks (we send out certificates at the beginning of every month). If you did not receive your certificate for some reason, please make sure your address is correct in your profile, and contact us for a new certificate.
If you have written an article or know of cutting edge research you think should be posted on our website, you are welcome to submit it by filling out this form.
There are two reasons a person will not show up in the member directory: you do not have an active AAOSH membership, or you have selected the option in your profile to not have your profile show up in the directory. To rectify either situation, please log in and visit the account page, where you’ll be able to either update your credit card information, edit your profile, and select your preferred directory settings.
From our March 2018 webinar going forward, members who access webinar recordings will be able to earn CE credit. A code will periodically appear on the screen four times throughout the video. You will need to take note of each code in the order of appearance and enter them into the verification system. Input all four codes correctly and you will receive the CE code.
We do not retain CE records for our members. You must keep your CE codes and credit information in your records in the event you are asked to prove CE. For your convenience, we have created a document you can fill out for your records.
